Exchange Policy

Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to exchange the product provided by the store within seven (7) days from the date of receiving the product. The consumer is not entitled to exchange the product after the seven-day period has expired.

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be in good condition and must not have been used by the consumer or benefited from in any way. The store has the right to inspect the product before exchanging it to ensure its condition. The consumer shall bear the shipping cost in case of an exchange request. For international exchanges, the consumer shall bear the full shipping cost and is responsible for delivering the product to the shipping company. In cases where there is a defect or an error, the consumer will be compensated.
The consumer is not entitled to exchange the product in the following cases:

If the product was manufactured based on the consumer’s request or according to specifications defined by the consumer, except for products that have a defect or do not match the specifications provided by the consumer.

If the product consists of videotapes, discs, CDs, or software that have been used.

If the product consists of newspapers, magazines, publications, books, or any other type of literary works.

If a defect appears in the product due to the consumer’s mishandling.

If the contract involves the provision of accommodation, transport, or catering services.

If the contract involves purchasing software download products via the internet.
Return Policy

Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to cancel the contract and return the product provided by the store within seven (7) days from the date of receiving the product. The consumer is not entitled to return the product after the seven-day period has expired.

The consumer shall bear all costs related to the return process. For international returns, the consumer shall bear the full shipping cost and is responsible for delivering the product to the shipping company. In cases where there is a defect or an error, the consumer will be compensated.
