Introduction to the Terms of Use Agreement

Article 2 – Consumer’s Legal Capacity

The consumer acknowledges having the legal capacity under Sharia and law to deal with the store or being at least 18 years old.

The consumer agrees that, in the event of a violation of this article, they shall bear all consequences before third parties.
Article 3 – Nature of Commitment

The store’s obligation towards consumers is to provide the agreed-upon service or product.

The store may also provide other services, such as after-sales services, depending on the nature and type of service or product requested.
Article 4 – Usage Regulations

The consumer agrees to use the store’s platform in accordance with public morals and applicable laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

When purchasing a service or product, the consumer agrees not to use it in any way that violates public morals or applicable laws in Saudi Arabia.
Article 5 – Accounts and Registration Obligations
When applying for membership in the store, you agree to:

Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and immediately notify the store of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acknowledge that the store is not liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting from the disclosure of your account information.

The store may impose fees depending on offers, products, services, or applicable government taxes.

The store reserves the right to add, increase, reduce, or waive any fees in accordance with this agreement.
Article 8 – Payment Services

The store must provide invoices and receipts for all payments and ensure the consumer receives proof of purchase.

The store must adhere to recognized accounting standards in line with this agreement and applicable laws.
Article 9 – Intellectual Property

The consumer must respect the store’s intellectual property rights, including its name, logos, symbols, and related trademarks.
Article 10 – Store Liability

The store shall operate lawfully in compliance with Saudi laws and this agreement.

The store is not liable for claims arising from errors, negligence, or actions by the consumer or third parties, such as shipping companies.

The store guarantees that its products or services are lawful and authorized under Saudi regulations.
Article 11 – Account Restrictions
The store may suspend, cancel, or limit the consumer’s access to the platform at any time, without prior notice and for any reason.
Article 12 – Governing Law
This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and is subject entirely to the jurisdiction of its authorities.
Article 13 – General Provisions

If any provision of this agreement becomes invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect until further notice.

Arabic is the official language for interpreting this agreement.

Prices for products or services may be updated from time to time.

Promotional offers are temporary, and the store may modify or cancel them at any time.

The parties must deal in a manner consistent with Sharia, laws, and applicable regulations.

This agreement may only be terminated by a decision from the store’s management.
